By accessing or using MoniePlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time and continued use constitutes acceptance.
MoniePlan is a personal budgeting tool that helps you plan, track, and manage your finances across multiple currencies. It is not a bank, financial advisor, or investment platform. Any insights provided by MoniePlan, including AI-generated suggestions, are informational only and do not constitute financial advice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
MoniePlan offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly plan, billed in USD (via Polar) or NGN (via Paystack).
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including partial use of a billing period or unused features.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data is retained unless you explicitly delete your account.
You retain ownership of all budget data, expenses, and categories you create. When you share a budget as a community template, you grant MoniePlan a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that template to other users. You can remove shared templates at any time.
You may not use MoniePlan to engage in any unlawful activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, distribute malware, scrape or harvest data, impersonate others, or use the service in any way that disrupts its operation for other users.
MoniePlan is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. MoniePlan is not a substitute for professional financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoniePlan and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of MoniePlan after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
