When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile image (if you sign in via Google). We also store the budget data, expenses, categories, and reminders you create within the app.
We collect basic usage data such as page views and feature interactions to improve the service. We do not track your activity across other websites.
Your data is used to deliver the MoniePlan service: building budgets, tracking expenses, generating AI insights, and sending bill reminders. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We never store your credit card number, bank details, or full payment credentials on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by these providers under their respective security standards.
Your data is stored in a secure database with encryption in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
MoniePlan uses trusted third-party providers for payment processing and AI-powered features. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (via Settings > Account), all associated data — budgets, expenses, templates, reminders, and subscription records — is permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
MoniePlan uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use minimal analytics to understand how features are used. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
You have the right to access, export, and delete your data at any time. Pro users can export budget data as CSV or PDF. All users can delete their account and all associated data from the account settings page.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
